Our pastor began with a bread maker, the cycle of which is 1 and 1/2 hour for making bread dough from 5 cups of flour, 2 cups of water, 2 tsps of dry yeast, and a little salt.

Next he kneaded the bread and cut it in half...

One loaf he let rise for about a half other, the other he put in the pan to bake immediately. You press the dough into the pan...since the pan is non-stick coated, you don't have to oil or flower the pot:

The loaf that rose for 1/2 hour is below...it looks like the rising is a little better for filling the whole pot:

The first bread turned out like this...it could have cooked a little longer...

Here are the two breads together...both have a lovely seal proving that even an amateur can make prosphora that has a seal on it!!!
